Closures
Choice of closures
Our different types of closures offer solutions adapted to various products and consumer preferences:
The "Normal or double rail zipper" ensures a perfect seal, ideal for reusable packaging.
The "Easy Zip" makes opening and closing easier, even for less dexterous hands.
"Child-resistant" solutions are designed to prevent access to dangerous products.
The "Velcro" and "Hook-and-loop" fastenings offer easy opening and closing for frequent use.
The "Slider" allows for airtight sealing with a simple sliding motion.
Finally, the "Tie tie" and the "Pour spout" are practical options for specific products such as drinks or grains.
Hanging Options
The hanging holes are designed to maximize shelf visibility and facilitate product placement.
The "Standard" hole is suitable for classic displays, while the "Sombrero" and "Delta/Osha" holes offer alternatives that adapt to different types of hooks. The "Euro" option, which resembles the Sombrero, conforms to European standards. We also offer customized solutions to meet specific needs.

Finishes
Finishing Options
Our finishes enhance the visual appeal and durability of the packaging.
The "Glossy finish" captures light and attracts attention, while the "Matte finish" offers understated elegance. The "Matte & glossy combo" combines both for a unique effect. The "Soft touch" provides a smooth, velvety feel, and the "Sand touch" offers a distinctive textured surface. The "Sand blast" adds a finish reminiscent of frosted glass.
Handle Ergonomics
Handles are designed to make bags easier to carry. The "Die cut" and "Solid carry" handles are durable and comfortable for the hand. "Wickets" are useful for hanging or bundling multiple bags, while the "Incomplete kidney" option combines aesthetics and functionality with a unique design.

Perforations
Product ventilation
Perforations allow products to breathe, which is crucial for perishable goods. Options range from "Standard" perforations to "Partial or Total Micro-perforations," offering varying levels of ventilation depending on the specific product requirements.
Gusset Shapes
Bottom gussets add volume and stability to the packaging.
-
The "Round style" is ideal for bags that need to stand upright.
-
The "K style" provides a reinforced base for heavier products.
-
The "Hybrid style" combines the benefits of both previous options for increased versatility.

Windows
Window Options
The windows offer a view of the product inside the packaging, adding transparency and confidence for the consumer. They can be "Transparent" for full visibility or "Frosted" for an elegant look. We are also one of the few to offer the window option on metallized packaging using the "De-metallization" technique.
Corner design
The choice of corner design affects both the aesthetics and functionality of the packaging. "Straight corners" provide a clean and modern appearance, while "Rounded corners" reduce the risk of tearing during transportation and handling.

Tear Notch
Easy to open
The "Tear Notch" is a pre-cut notch that allows the packaging to be opened easily without the use of additional tools. This feature is particularly appreciated for packaging designed for consumers seeking quick and convenient opening without compromising the integrity of the rest of the package.
Gas Evacuation
Degassing valves are critical components for products that release gases after packaging, such as freshly roasted coffee. They allow the gases to escape while preventing outside air from entering, which is essential for maintaining product freshness and integrity.

Laser score
Aperture accuracy
The "Laser Score" is a precision technology that creates a laser pre-cut line, allowing for a clean and straight opening of the packaging. This ensures that consumers can open the product easily and neatly while preserving the packaging’s aesthetics and functionality.
Superior print quality
Our printing capabilities use rotogravure technology, allowing color reproduction of up to 12 colors, surpassing industry standards, which are typically limited to 8 colors. This results in more vibrant images and finer details for product presentation that stands out in the market.

Materials
When choosing the ideal packaging for your products, considering the packaging’s ability to “breathe” is essential. This table presents the most common packaging materials and their ability to protect your products from external elements.
-
PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate): Keeps your products fresh with strong protection.
-
KPET (Metallized Polyethylene Terephthalate): Provides enhanced protection against oxygen and moisture.
-
PE/PE (Polyethylene/Polyethylene): Offers the highest level of protection.
Each column shows exactly how much oxygen and moisture can pass through these barriers per day. The lower the number, the better your products are protected.
